Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded in full. If canceled after this period, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee.
In case of no-shows without prior notice, we may charge the full amount of the scheduled service.
Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a fee, depending on availability and timing.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available for services canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Once a treatment has been performed, no refunds will be issued for completed services.
If you are not satisfied with a service or have any concerns, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve all issues fairly, including offering re-treatments where applicable.
For any pre-purchased packages, refunds will be prorated based on services already provided.
